Common problems and solutions of rear dump semi-trailer

Self dumping semi-trailer is suitable for the transportation of bulk and scattered goods such as coal, ore, and construction materials. Self dumping semi trailers can be divided into two categories according to their uses: one category belongs to heavy-duty and ultra heavy self dumping trailers used for non road transportation, mainly responsible for transportation tasks such as large mines and engineering projects, usually used in conjunction with excavators. The other type belongs to the category of light, medium, and ordinary dump trucks used for road transportation, mainly responsible for transporting loose goods such as sand, gravel, soil, coal, etc., usually used in conjunction with loaders.

Why does the car descend when the lift switch on the dashboard is pressed; When pressing the down switch on the dashboard, does the car lift up? Answer: This is due to the reverse connection of the solenoid valve controlling the lifting and lowering. There are three ways to eliminate it: ① swap the wires of the lifting and lowering switches on the dashboard; ② Swap the wires of the solenoid valve that controls the lifting and lowering; ③ Swap the two air pipes of the distribution valve.

2. Does the dump truck not lift? Answer: If the dump truck does not lift, the following components should be inspected. Check the power take-off: First, check if the transmission shaft connected to the oil pump is rotating. If it is not rotating, it indicates that there is a problem with the power take-off (either the solenoid valve or the power take-off itself); If it rotates, it indicates that there is no problem with the power take-off and further investigation should be carried out.

Check the oil pump: ① Check if the rotation direction of the oil pump is correct. Extend your left hand, with your thumb facing the spline of the oil pump and rotating in the same direction as the other fingers. If it rotates in the same direction as the other fingers, it is a left-hand pump, otherwise it is a right-hand pump. ② Is the oil pump damaged. Wear and tear of the oil pump can cause the high and low pressure chambers of the pump to be connected, making it unable to pump oil.

Check the distribution valve: ① Check if there is air in the air pipe on the distribution valve. Press the lift and lower switches to check if there is air in the two air pipes on the distribution valve. If there is no air, it indicates that the solenoid valve controlling the lifting and lowering has malfunctioned and should be replaced. ② Is the distribution valve damaged.

3. Is the lifting speed of the car adjustable, and is the rapid automatic descent a fault? Answer: The lifting speed is not adjustable. Falling too quickly is a fault phenomenon.
